Each year the school celebrates Wellbeing Week. The week is a combination of Mental Health Week and Active Schools Week. The week includes a host of events and activities. All new first years receive a talk on mental health and its importance. There are a host of lunchtime activities like soccer, tug of war competitions, penalties on the teachers, random acts of kindness, Comedy Club etc. There are also drop and colour occasions, meditation and yoga. Walk in your Shoes day happens on one of the days and we also have a non-uniform day where students are encouraged to wear bright colours. Sixth years also receive a talk on Positive Mental Health.
