Throughout November we Remember

The month of November is known as the month of remembrance. So this November the Religion teachers at Blackwater Community School wanted to help our students remember those who we have lost along the way. To do this, we decided to create a Remembrance Garden, where each student was given the opportunity to create part of the garden, and write the name or names of those who they would like remembered during the month. As the students and teachers pass our Garden they are reminded to think about or pray for those who are no longer in our lives.

Below are some images of our beautiful ‘In November, we remember’ garden, which has beautifully come to life in one of the corridors of our school. Thank you to all the Religion teachers for guiding our students in making such a lovely garden of remembrance in our school.
