Congratulations to Conor O’Brien 5th Year student who won the Life Sciences Award sponsored by Regeneron at the Scifest@College awards in SETU Waterford on Thursday 25th April. This award is presented to the project that best demonstrates a passion for using science for good, an exceptional understanding of life sciences concepts, perseverance and flexibility. Conor’s project was entitled “Threats to Ireland’s Upland Wildlife and Possible Solutions”.
