TYB met with Brid and Nora from Lismore tidy towns recently. We received a very informative talk about edible horticulture and biodiversity in our local area, we aim to work closely with Tidy Towns to help preparing and planting trees and plants in the coming weeks. A large litter pick around the town was also completed. Well done all!
BCS is an amalgamation of Lismore CBS, Presentation Convent Lismore and St Anne’s Secondary School, Cappoquin. It was opened in September 2003 with a student population of 400 students. Since then, there has been significant extension of the school buildings and facilities to cater for our increased enrolment. There are currently 951 students in BCS and our new, state of the art, education campus will be completed for the 2024/2025 school year.
