Our new Green Schools committees are working very hard. Sorcha Gibney-Sheridan is the chairperson of our committee, Niamh Condon is vice-chairperson and takes charge of social media, Lisa O’Keeffe is our new secretary. Included in the pictures are our third year committee and first year committee. Second years and TY students are missing from these images.
BCS is an amalgamation of Lismore CBS, Presentation Convent Lismore and St Anne’s Secondary School, Cappoquin. It was opened in September 2003 with a student population of 400 students. Since then there has been extension building of 6 classrooms as well as the purchase of the County Library and County Council offices added to the school campus.
