Well done to all students and their teachers who exhibited at this years BT Young Scientist Exhibition in the RDS over the last three days.
Congratulations to 5th year student Tiernan Stevenson who was 2nd in the Senior Technology category with his project titled “Hydrogen Powered Viscous Boundary Layered Jet Engine Concept” and to Cathal Barry with his project
“To Investigate the effects of Media on Propaganda in Ireland” and Conor O Brien with his project titled
“An ecological survey to examine effect of rhododendron and conifer trees on biodiversity of upland habitats,” both of whom received Highly Commended awards.
