On the final day 4 of the BT Young Scientist, we would like to complement and thank Conor O’Brien, Saoirse Duffy, Shauna Deery and Kate Fletcher O’Connor for representing BCS so well at this year’s BTYSE and for all their hard work in preparing their projects for it.
BCS is an amalgamation of Lismore CBS, Presentation Convent Lismore and St Anne’s Secondary School, Cappoquin. It was opened in September 2003 with a student population of 400 students. Since then, there has been significant extension of the school buildings and facilities to cater for our increased enrolment. There are currently 951 students in BCS and our new, state of the art, education campus will be completed for the 2024/2025 school year.
