Well done to our TY students who took part in our first ever Blackwater X Ted Talk event which was held by our English department. Students wrote their own Ted talks and presented them to fellow Ted talks. Well done to all and especially to those who engaged in public speaking for the first time.
BCS is an amalgamation of Lismore CBS, Presentation Convent Lismore and St Anne’s Secondary School, Cappoquin. It was opened in September 2003 with a student population of 400 students. Since then, there has been significant extension of the school buildings and facilities to cater for our increased enrolment. There are currently 951 students in BCS and our new, state of the art, education campus will be completed for the 2024/2025 school year.
