Congratulations to Sinéad Geary in 5th Year on her fantastic achievement in winning a prestigious Gaeltacht scholarship through the GAA. As part of the competition, she recorded a short video speaking Irish on topics such as sport and music, competing against over 100 entries. She was selected as the overall winner for County Waterford, one of just six winners across Munster and was invited to Munster GAA headquarters in Limerick for the official presentation. This wonderful award means she will attend Coláiste na Rinne in July for a fully funded two-week course. Well done on this outstanding accomplishment, and a special thank you to her Irish teacher Ms. C Mc Craith for her support and encouragement along the way.
