Blackwater Community School is committed to quality education and have organised annual student academic awards since our opening in 2003. We believe that it is very important to reward excellence in all its forms. This award ceremony acknowledges the achievements of our Leaving Certificate students by rewarding students in their area of excellence with a Gold Medal or Scholarship Award. Such a scheme is dependent on the generosity of local businesses and school suppliers, whose financial support as Patrons makes such an event possible.
