Congratulations to Kate Cullinane on qualifying to wear the Irish jersey for the very first time at the Schools International Athletic Board (SIAB) Games in Belfast on 18th July.
Kate secured her place in the shot put after an outstanding performance at the Tailteann Games in Carlow on 20th June, earning selection for the Schools International Games.
BCS is an amalgamation of Lismore CBS, Presentation Convent Lismore and St Anne’s Secondary School, Cappoquin. It was opened in September 2003 with a student population of 400 students. Since then, there has been significant extension of the school buildings and facilities to cater for our increased enrolment. There are currently 951 students in BCS and our new, state of the art, education campus will be completed for the 2024/2025 school year.
